Chief Minister Farmer Accident Assistance Scheme

This Scheme run by the Mandi Parishad through mandi Samiti’s. In this scheme farmers, Carriers, who are engaged in agricultural work or operation of agricultural implements or are employed for agricultural power tools or digging or deepening of wells or use of tractors for agricultural production. In case of accident while doing transportation / threshing and while doing other agricultural work and consequently / Scheme for financial assistance in physical damage/disability / death is being conducted, their legal heirs in case of an accident persons and death under the scheme is to provide financial assistance. The financial assistance payable under this scheme is as follows:

Chief Minister Farm-barn fire accident assistance scheme

Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided by Mandi Parishad through Mandi Samiti’s for the crop / yield / residue share kept in the barns and the damage caused by fire accident of standing crop. The financial assistance payable under this scheme is as follows:

1	In case of damage up to 1 hectare ie 2.5 acres	Maximum Rs. 30000 / – or actual assessed loss whichever is less.
2	In case of damage from 1 hectare to 2 hectare i.e. 2.5 acres to 5.00 acres	Maximum Rs. 40000 / – or actual assessed loss whichever is less.
3	In case of damage of 2 hectares or more than 5 acres	Maximum Rs. 50000 / – or actual assessed loss whichever is less.
